We allow up to 2 small dogs (30 lbs or less). Dogs must be crated when not at the property. Please pick up after your dog. They can roam free on the land, but must not leave and go onto neighboring properties.

Payment Policy

Full payment for reservation is due upon booking.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.

Notes

PETS: We allow up to two small dogs (under 25 lbs). There is a $75 flat pet fee per stay. When selecting your number of guests and dates prior to booking it will also ask if you plan to bring pets. Click the box to say yes and it will automatically charge the pet fee. This is a very quiet, beautiful property. It's important to us to be good neighbors so we ask for you to be respectful with noise levels outside and observe property lines where posted.
